It was an extremely sad and unexpected news: having had the fortune to meet Jay and appreciate his energy and vitality, one somehow thought that this would never happen. Personally, I have an additional reason to remember Jay with particular pleasure, as the one who interviewed me when joining Mackrell International. We will deeply miss him at our meetings. Also on behalf of Sergio and Fabio I wish to express to Marsha and the other members of the family our warmest condolences.

We are very sad to hear Jay has passed away. This is most unexpected and surely much too soon. It was great to have known Jay and to have worked with him. A brilliant person has left us. We feel very sorry for Marsha and the rest of the family and wish them lots of strength to overcome this great loss.

How sad to hear that Jay has left us. We always enjoyed to be in his stimulating Company. He was a person to look up to and a truly good example for other lawyers. He will be missed alot. Many thoughts and hugs to Marsha from us!

I'm saddened by this unexpected news but grateful I got to know Jay and Marsha so well through Mackrell International, a law firm referral network that Jay chaired. In addition to his legal scholarship, I was always impressed with Jay's creativity and zest for life, not to mention his dancing. What a dancer! I'll certainly miss Jay and will carry forward many fond memories of him.
