My sincere condolences to the Futterman family. I knew Michael at Bower and Gardner and he was a wonderful man and attorney with quite a culinary knack. Some years ago, I recall thumbing through my "New York Magazine" and who do I suddenly see smiling back at me on the page with a stunning lobster meal..."Chef" Michael Futterman! May you rest in peace, Michael.

The spark of a man like Michael never leaves those he touched and especially those he loved, married and fathered. His gift was his love of life and people and the way he did it was rare. But think of the legacy he left his children - to be different and to make a difference. His magnanimity and his 'way' of life is the greatest gift any child could receive and that ticket can take you anywhere you dream.

Dearest Michael - You were not only my mentor, my boss, but my best friend. You were always there when I needed you, no matter when or why. We had a fantastic ride together at Bower & Gardner and also thereafter. I will miss you more than you will ever know. Rest in peace my love. Love always, Marybeth Hare
