SEEMAN--Jay W., 83 years young, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 23rd. He is survived, deeply loved and already painfully missed by his wife Marsha, children Roland and Antonella, Monica and David Zwirner, Claude and Penny and his five cherished grandchildren Lucas, Marlene, Johanna, Noah and Elijah. Also survived by adoring nephews, nieces, and so many others. Jay practiced law for over 60 years giving wise and compassionate counsel to his clients, and was a founding partner of Morrison Cohen. He was a former Chairman of the legal network Mackrell International and served as President of the William Alanson White Institute. When we spoke, you listened well.
